This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of this site and is valid for site visitors. It does not apply to information gathered through channels other than this website. The purpose of this privacy information statement is to provide maximum transparency as regards the information that the website gathers and uses.

This information statement is not applicable to any other website that may be consulted through the links present on this website.

Type of data gathered and purpose of the processing

This website uses log files to store the information gathered automatically during user navigation of the site. The information gathered from users may inclu

  • name of the Internet service provider (ISP);

  • date and time of the visit;

All data received are used exclusively to provide information services regarding the products offered by Asso Werke s.r.l. Unipersonale.

Data Processor

The technical partner providing the services, Telecom, is named the Data Processor, and is responsible for processing the data on behalf of the Data Controller.

Data gathered from the website are processed at the data centre of the technical partner and Internet service provider, Telecom, who is responsible for treating and processing the data on behalf of the Data Controller.

The information gathered is handled by personnel specifically designated and authorized to process data. Data are not communicated to third parties abroad. In addition, no data deriving from interaction with the website is transmitted to third parties or disclosed.

Type of data processed

  • Navigation data

As a part of standard website operation, information technology systems and software procedures that manage the website gather some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not gathered for the purpose of being associated to identified subjects; nevertheless, through processing and association with data held by third parties, some of the data in question may, by its very nature, allow identifying the user.

Navigation data will be gathered solely within the scope of the legitimate purpose of allowing visitors to use the contents published on the Internet sites of the Data Controller and for the purpose of correct administration and management of the same. These data are used only for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information regarding use of the site and to verify correct site functioning and will be immediately erased on completion of processing. The data in question may be used to verify responsibilities in the event of cyber crimes causing damage to our site; save for the aforementioned circumstance, as a rule, data regarding web contacts are not stored for a period longer than seven days.

Data provided voluntarily by users

Voluntary data transmission by filling out contact forms and checking the consent box entails, by its very nature, the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is required to answer requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the message/transmission. The legal basis of the processing is, therefore, the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to answer requests, or the need to respond to pre-contractual requests by the interested party. The data will be stored only for the time strictly necessary to satisfy the sender’s request/s or answer questions submitted to the Data Controller and, at any rate, for the time required by specific provisions of the law.

Optional nature of data provision

Aside from that specified for browsing information, users are free to voluntarily provide the personal data required to request information or services. Rights of data subjects

Data subjects may, at any time, revoke the consent to data processing, pursuant to article 7 of the GDPR (where consent has been requested); lodge a complaint with the competent authorities, pursuant to article 77 of the GDPR (Supervisory Authority for the protection of personal data), where it is deemed that the processing of such ASSO WERKE S.r.l. Moreover, data subjects may submit a written objection to further processing of their data pursuant to article 21 of the GDPR, setting out the specific reasons justifying the objection.
